Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ink789 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision contained herein. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
Clause 1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies:
- "Platform" means the ink789 website, mobile-optimised site, and any related services accessible at the domain ink789.cam and its subdomains.
- "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the Platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback amount, or reward-programme credit applied to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
- "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using personal payment methods that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
- "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process, including identity verification (ID card / KTP / passport), proof of address, and any additional documentation requested by ink789.
- "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, market, or event offered on the Platform.
- "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform and/or online gambling is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
- "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion.
Clause 2 Eligibility
To register and use ink789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your Account's existence:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. ink789 strictly prohibits access by minors. By completing registration, you warrant that you are 21 or older.
- You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform, nor have previously self-excluded from ink789.
- You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, affiliate partner, or close family member of any employee or director of ink789 or its affiliated entities.
- You must have the full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to place wagers on games of chance.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using this Platform.
Age Verification: ink789 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Accounts where age has not been confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued by a minor will be forfeited in their entirety.
Clause 3 Account Registration
The following rules govern the creation and maintenance of ink789 Accounts:
- One account per person: Each Player is entitled to maintain exactly one Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ink789 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.
- Account currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency cannot be changed after Account creation.
- Contact details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delays to Account verification, withdrawal processing, and receipt of important service notifications.
ink789 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to suspend any Account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that eligibility conditions are not or have ceased to be met.
Clause 4 KYC & Identity Verification
ink789 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. The following provisions apply:
- ink789 may request KYC documentation at any point, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal request, following a change in account details, or where unusual account activity is detected.
- Accepted identity documents include: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP/NIK), valid Indonesian passport, and valid Indonesian driver's licence (SIM). Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days.
- All KYC documents must be legible, valid (not expired), and submitted as clear digital photographs or scanned copies. Documents that cannot be verified will be rejected and re-submission will be required.
- ink789 undertakes to process KYC submissions within five (5) business days of receipt of complete documentation. Players will be notified of the outcome by email.
- During the KYC review period, ink789 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending verification. This hold does not affect your ability to place wagers using existing real-money balance.
- Accounts where KYC cannot be completed — due to failure to submit documents, submission of fraudulent documents, or documents that do not match registration details — will be suspended. Any balance held in a suspended Account will be frozen pending investigation.
Data Security: All KYC documents submitted to ink789 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored on encrypted servers and are never shared with third parties except where required by law. Please review our

Clause 5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
ink789 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
- Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
- E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned where possible; if return is not possible, the deposit may be forfeited pending investigation.
ink789 does not impose any platform-side fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which ink789 accepts no responsibility.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following rules:
- Withdrawals are available only to verified Accounts (KYC complete) and may only be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ink789 Account.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are specified within the Cashier section of your Account. Most withdrawals to local bank accounts are processed within 15–60 minutes during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Gold tier members enjoy prioritised processing.
- ink789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if deemed necessary for security or anti-fraud purposes.
- Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to those funds. Only Real Money Funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
- ink789 reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments where a single withdrawal amount is deemed unusually large, at our sole operational discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering: ink789 maintains strict anti-money-laundering procedures.
Accounts used for deposit-then-immediate-withdrawal patterns without placing genuine wagers may be subject to review, suspension, or termination. ink789 may request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction or balance that raises compliance concerns.
Clause 6 Bonuses & Promotions
ink789 offers a variety of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards. The following general provisions apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's specific terms:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as multiples (e.g., "30x bonus amount") and must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the promotion terms.
- Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players, bonus abusers, and players who exhibit bonus-hunting behaviour across multiple accounts are not eligible for promotional offers and may have bonuses revoked.
- ink789 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
- Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per shared IP address, and per payment method.
- Promotional terms cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Where multiple bonuses are claimed, the oldest active bonus must be cleared before the next bonus becomes active.
- Maximum bet limits may apply during wagering of bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account without notice.
Bonus Transparency: ink789 publishes clear, complete wagering requirements for every promotion. Check the "My Bonuses" section in your Account dashboard to view your current bonus status, remaining wagering, and expiry dates.
Clause 7 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the ink789 platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet before confirmation. ink789 accepts no liability for errors in bet placement caused by Player action.
- ink789 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including where incorrect odds were displayed due to technical malfunction or human error.
- Maximum and minimum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. Limits vary by market, Player tier, and game. Bet limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
- For sports betting, bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. Subsequent disqualifications, protests, or result amendments do not affect bet settlement unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
- For live casino games, all decisions made by the dealer or game software are final. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the game session by contacting customer support.
- For togel (Toto Gelap) markets, results are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority. Draw times are specified in WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).
- ink789 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any bet at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, or where a bet is placed in breach of these Terms.
Clause 8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ink789 and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:
- Creating multiple Accounts or allowing any other person to access your Account.
- Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence or machine-learning tool to place wagers.
- Colluding with other Players, engaging in chip-dumping, or otherwise manipulating game outcomes.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or any malfunction of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Depositing funds originating from illegal sources, including but not limited to proceeds of crime, fraud, theft, or money laundering.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling, including commercial gambling on behalf of third parties.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards ink789 staff, dealers, or other Players.
- Circumventing geo-location restrictions or identity verification measures through the use of VPNs, proxies, or false documentation.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from the Platform's software or games.
ink789 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with any investigation.
Clause 9 Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the ink789 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of ink789 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ink789.
The ink789 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are registered trademarks owned by ink789. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
Clause 10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ink789 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
ink789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data.
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical malfunctions.
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect login credentials.
- Third-party actions, including payment processor failures or delays.
- Game outcomes, whether generated by random number generator or live dealer, all of which are governed by the rules of the applicable game.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ink789, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Governing Terms: In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail.
Clause 11 Responsible Gaming
ink789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable Players. We provide the following tools and support mechanisms:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard.
- Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss thresholds to control net losses.
- Session Timers: Configure session time limits to control how long you play in a single session.
- Reality Checks: Receive pop-up reminders at intervals you configure to inform you of session duration and net position.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to indefinite closure.

Clause 12 Account Suspension & Termination
ink789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we determine in our sole discretion that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- You have engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
- You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
- Your Account has been inactive (no login or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or request from law enforcement authorities.
Upon termination, any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds) in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from breaches of these Terms will be forfeited.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure is subject to the same withdrawal and verification procedures as termination.
Clause 13 Amendments to Terms
ink789 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform and will be marked with a new "Last Updated" date.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email to the registered email address on file. However, failure to receive such notification does not invalidate the amended Terms.
Clause 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink789 is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ink789.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration authority governing our licence jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ink789.
